after a ruinous (and incorrectly decorated) stint in the marine corps, cole sought redemption for his reckless actions by joining the police.ㅤ in a few short months, he was promoted to detective and is now driven to keep the streets of l.a. safe.ㅤhe has an unyielding sense of justice and dedication to protecting its citizens.well educated and open - minded, he has no political agendas or socially biased views.ㅤas a result of his actions overseas, he gained a deep sense of humility and modesty, and dislikes praise or glory, even if they're deserved.ㅤ returning home from the war left him emotionally distant and closed off, unable (or unwilling) to speak about his feelings at any length.his weapon of choice is a colt m1911 pistol. ㅤdue to his military training, he shows great proficiency with it and a variety of other firearms. ㅤhe's close to peak physical condition, able to easily chase and gain ground on most fleeing criminals.ㅤsimilarly, he's been known to show great hand - to - hand combat skills, having trained in boxing whilst in the marines.his peers recognize and praise him as a remarkable and brilliant detective, with well above average intelligence and problem - solving skills.ㅤ he possesses exceptional interrogation skills, and has a knack for stealth and espionage.
